Welcome
to the homepage of the Blue Night Band, a jazz band made up of Xavier High School students
from grades 10 to 12. Lead by the band director Dr. William Pace and
the assistant band director Mr. Jerome Neuhoff, the Blue Night Band has
been applauded nationally and internationally as being a top high
school big band. The band meets three classes per cycle as well as
three times a week after school on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

The photo to the right is from one of our road trips. It was taken at Rock'n Bowl in New Orleans the year before Katrina. More can be found on the Photos page. Each year, The Blue Night Band takes their music "on the road". Past trips have included Mexico, Santo Domingo, Alaska, Montreal, Florida, and Washington. D.C.
